The first couple of times I stried I could hear the fuel pump working. I took the fuel line to the carb off and it was wet. After a while all I could here is the solenoid. Does the fuel pump shut off or something if the carbs are primed? Why would the solenoid be buzzing like that?

Hey everybody I'm new to the forum. I bought a REALLY cheap 96 fzr from a dude who was pretty clueless. My only problem is that it won't start. When I try to start it the starter solenoid makes a buzzing sound. There is no power getting to the starter at all. Do you think that this part is bad? Also...
