Thanks for the reply guys. Its the clutch basket and bearing. With them removed completly the noise is gone. Now if I can find a PDF version of the repair manual that would be great.

bottom end noise with clutch released?
I just picked up a 1995 FZR 600. It has 18k miles on it. When I start it up, it runs and idles great. But, reguardless of the gear its in or neutral, when I release the clutch it has a bad noise from the bottom end. Like a can of marbles. The noise goes away when I pull the clutch lever.
